It seemed like everything was going along just fine but that would soon change. Verizon had sent her a new broadband modem to install since the Internet light on her old modem was solid red instead of green like it should be.
She installed the modem herself marveling at how easy it was. But then it happened… the red light appeared… again.
At that moment she knew she needed help. Faster than a Broadband connection, stronger than a wireless signal, the LAPTOP LADY appeared. Quick as lightening, she dialed Verizon and immediately got their top tech guy to access the degrading situation. Nothing seemed to work on his side so they determined a visit was in need. She would have to exist for 24 hours without a single email or internet website. This was going to be a very long day...
