Tools to View

Lots of times problems arise because we accidentally hide or remove a "toolbar" at the top of our screen that we just thought was always going to be there. Here is a way to always be able to hide and UNHIDE a toolbar that you have lost.

1. Open up the program you are having trouble with. You can use Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, or any other regular program you may be using.
2. At the top of the screen you should see the word "VIEW".
3. Click on VIEW and then you should see TOOLBARS.
4. Click on TOOLBARS and you will see different toolbar names. Some should have a checkmark on them.
5. Usually the TOP 2 TOOLBARS in the list of TOOLBARS SHOULD BE CHECKED. If they are not, then click on the one that does not have a checkmark on it. The toolbar should appear at the top of the window.

TOOLBARS can be turned ON and OFF by placing a checkmark or removing a checkmark. Experiment with each of the TOOLBARS to see what comes up!
